What we collect

Phone number

When you create an event, commit to an event, or subscribe to All In, we ask for your phone number. We use it to send you a one-time verification code via SMS. Your phone number is stored securely and is used to identify your account.

Name

When you commit to an event, you provide a display name. This name is shown on the event page so the organizer and other participants can see who has committed.

Event information

When you create an event, we store the title, description, headcount requirements, deadline, and settings you provide. Event pages are publicly accessible via their unique link.

Payment information

If you subscribe to All In, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Automatically collected information

Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and understanding how people use IN.

How we use your information

  • To verify your identity via SMS
  • To create and manage events
  • To show your name on events you commit to
  • To send you event notifications (e.g., deadline reminders, event confirmations)
  • To process All In subscriptions via Stripe
  • To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Supabase — our database and authentication provider
  • Twilio — to send SMS verification codes
  • Stripe — to process All In subscription payments
  • Resend — to send email notifications
  • Vercel — our hosting provider

Data retention

We keep your account and event data as long as your account is active. If you want your data deleted, contact us and we will remove it within 30 days.

Your choices

  • You can stop using IN at any time.
  • You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
  • You can cancel your All In subscription at any time through Stripe.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

IN is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
