These terms govern your use of IN at imin.page. By using IN, you agree to these terms.

What IN is

IN is a group organizing tool. You create events with a minimum headcount and a deadline. People commit or they don’t. If you hit the minimum, it’s on. If you don’t, it’s off.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and verification codes secure. One account per phone number.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use IN for anything illegal
  • Create fake or misleading events
  • Spam people with event links
  • Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
  • Impersonate others
  • Scrape or harvest data from IN

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Events and commitments

IN helps coordinate group commitments. We are not a party to any plans, agreements, or transactions between event organizers and participants. Organizers are responsible for their events. Participants are responsible for honoring their commitments.

All In

All In is a paid subscription at $29/month or $249/year, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Payment links

Organizers may include payment links (e.g., Venmo, PayPal) on their events. IN does not process, mediate, or guarantee any payments between organizers and participants. Any payment disputes are between those parties.

Content

You own the content you create on IN (event titles, descriptions, etc.). By posting it, you give us permission to display it on imin.page as part of the service. Event pages are publicly accessible to anyone with the link.

Availability

We do our best to keep IN running, but we don’t guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

IN is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed events, failed plans, or disputes between users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top. Continued use of IN after changes means you accept the new terms.
